Natural Grocers Purchases Parc Lafayette's La Marquise Building - $4,000,000

(Lafayette, LA) Natural Grocers has purchased the 16,000 sq. ft. La Marquise building in Parc Lafayette located at 1921 Kaliste Saloom Road.
Sources have confirmed the $4,000,000 sale took place late last week. Barring any unforeseen delays, the Colorado based publically traded specialty retailer plans to open its new Lafayette location in the Fall of 2019.
The real estate sale was facilitated by Cecil D. Trahan Enterprises of Lafayette.
