Lafayette High School Names New Head Football Coach - Garrett Kreamer

(Lafayette, LA) Lafayette native, Garrett Kreamer accepts the Head Football Coach's position for the LHS Mighty Lions. Coach Kreamer (32), a former quarterback and graduate of Comeaux High School returns to Lafayette after spending the past two seasons coaching at Patterson High School.
Kreamer began his coaching career in 2012 as a Graduate Assistant at UL under then-Head Coach Mark Hudspeth where he helped lead the Cajuns to two Bowl wins and a Sunbelt Championship. Since then Coach Kreamer has had many successes coaching at Tyler Junior College, Pearl River Community College, Evangel Christian Academy, and as Head Coach at Patterson High School.
Coach Kreamer replaces Coach Cedric Figaro, who resigned as head coach of the LHS Mighty Lions earlier this summer.
