The stage is set for the next chapter of Ragin Cajun Football. A new coach, starting quarterback, and a community that is primed to see the Cajuns live up to their potential.
Cajun field has never looked better as the Cajuns take the field tomorrow night to start their 2018 season against Grambling State. Although this is the first time the two teams have played, all indications are that this will be the beginning of a new in-state rivalry.

What to know about this season:
- Parking opens at 8 AM (No free parking)
- Tailgating starts at 8 AM
- Cajundome box office opens at 10 AM
- Ragin Cajuns Fan Fest starts at 11 AM
- Pregame tailgating bands start at 3 PM
- The Cajuns walk down Reinhardt at 3:30
- Stadium gates open at 4:30 PM
- The Pride of Acadiana Ragin Cajun marching band marches down Stadium Drive at 5:30 PM
- The game starts at 6:00 PM
The Cajuns start the season with a new head coach, coaching staff, and a new approach to Cajun football. Show your support by welcoming Coach Billy Napier and the 2018 Ragin Cajun Football team tomorrow afternoon at Cajun Field.
NOTE: If you wear an LSU shirt or anything Purple & Gold to the game or tailgating festivities, the Parish News staff will personally escort you down the road.
