Pedros Taco & Tequila Bar To Open Two Acadiana Locations

The former Logan’s Roadhouse building on Ambassador Caffery will soon be home to one of Acadiana’s newest Mexican restaurants and cantinas. Pedros Taco & Tequila Bar is in full renovation mode as they are trying to open their 3323 Ambassador Caffrey location in Lafayette by the end of the year.
The company has also begun renovations on the former Ryan’s Buffet building in Opelousas where it plans to open its second Acadiana location.
