Attorney Blake David Inducted Into ABOTA

Blake R. David, founding partner of Broussard and David, a Personal Injury Firm in Lafayette, LA, has been accepted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Founded in 1958, ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial rights provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.  It’s by-invitation only membership includes 7,600 lawyers and judges in 96 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Membership into ABOTA is awarded upon nomination and election of any trial lawyer who demonstrates high personal character and honorable reputation and exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity, and professionalism, membership of the Bar of the State in which he or she practices, and must have tried at least 10 civil jury trials to jury verdict or hung jury as lead counsel.  Mr. David now joins an exclusive membership of only 52 ABOTA members in the state of Louisiana.
