LPSO Narcotics Agents Seize Guns, Drugs, and Cash In Carencro

Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Narcotics Agents have arrested a man wanted on several drugs charges.

Narcotics agents with the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the residence of 36-year-old Oliver Martin located at the 1100 block of Highway 1252 in Carencro. While performing a search of the residence, agents discovered one pound of Heroin with Fentanyl, one pound of Methamphetamine, two pounds of Cocaine, five pounds of Marijuana, MDMA, Promethazine along with other Schedule V drugs. Agents also located several firearms that had their serial numbers removed and $253,705 in cash.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Oliver Martin. The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying his whereabouts.
