Lafayette Parish: Low Voter Turnout Leads To Close Election

With all precincts reporting in Lafayette Parish for the December 5th run-off election, the LA Sec of States office has released the unofficial results.
> Valerie Gotch Garrett wins as District Judge for the 15th Judicial District Court Div. B.
> Royal Colbert wins as District Judge for the 15th Judicial District Court Div. D.
> Reggie Thomas wins as Lafayette City Marshal.
> Valerie Gotch Garrett wins as District Judge for the 15th Judicial District Court Div. B.
> Royal Colbert wins as District Judge for the 15th Judicial District Court Div. D.
> Reggie Thomas wins as Lafayette City Marshal.
Both proposed amendments to rededicate City of Lafayette Taxes were defeated.
