Leadership and Team Development Workshop

Get the team out of the office for a day and try something new! At Dashing W Farm, we offer a unique, equine-assisted Leadership and Team Development Program. Why horses? Horses have the ability to serve as a mirror into our behavior - and what we see in the mirror can help us improve our interactions with others. We also use the CliftonStrengths assessment to help each member of your team find and develop strengths that can build confidence, self-esteem, trust, and mutual respect in the work environment. All activities are ground-based and do not involve riding.

The workshop includes drinks, snacks, catered lunch and materials, including a copy of the book Strengths-Based Leadership: Great Leaders, Teams, and Why People Follow, by Tom Rath with the online assessment code.
