Becoming a Leader of Character

Effective leadership requires more than just business and managerial skills. Great leaders also possess additional qualities that make them successful - qualities that make them leaders of character. These qualities are the traits and values that define the moral and ethical compass of an individual.  We will overview several recent definitions of “leader of character”, many of which stem from the armed services and the sports world, providing examples of how character traits have contributed to successful leadership and of how the lack of these traits have led to leadership failures. Our goal is to challenge you to become and authentic leader of character!
