Maison Madeleine Presents Secret Supper Series Fall 2018 Series: Curated Collaboration

 St. Martin Parish, Louisiana – Maison Madeleine will present its Fall Secret Supper Series, taking place on the grounds of the Bed and Breakfast located on Acadiana’s iconic Lake Martin starting this Sunday, September 23rd. This event will feature Chefs Manny Augello, Chanel Gaudé and Jeremy Connor, along with popular Cajun musicians Kelli Jones, Joel Savoy, Linzay Young and Cedric Watson. Maison Madeleine is proud to introduce the Curated Collaboration Secret Supper Series to Louisiana for the first time. The Fall Series will consist of 9 events, each approximately 4 hours long, starting on September 23rd through November 25th. Each Secret Supper includes a seasonal craft cocktail or wine upon arrival with Hors d’oeuvres, followed by contemporary Cajun-inspired cuisines prepared by renowned chefs. These dinners consist of four courses, including desert, with wine pairings served under the oaks in a unique, historic atmosphere.
