Patterson Cypress Sawmill Festival

The Patterson Cypress Sawmill Festival, an annual event held the first weekend in April, will hold its 24th annual celebration at Kemper Williams Park in Patterson, Louisiana, April 4th, 5th, & 6th, 2014. This event is a family festival featuring professional lumberjack shows, chainsaw carving, a cypress sawmill display, golf, fishing and softball tournaments, a passé partout (two-person saw) contest, arts and crafts, Classic Car & Truck show, a street fair with rides and games, a fun walk and food and drink booths. Zoo-Zoom, an exotic traveling petting zoo, an old engine display, and a fireworks salute to support services are included in this year’s festivities.
