Attempted Armed Robbery Suspect Identified

Detectives with the Lafayette Police Department have identified the suspect believed to be responsible for the Attempted Armed Robbery on May 16, 2018, that occurred in the 800 Block of W. Pinhook Road.
An arrest warrant for 1-count of Attempted Armed Robbery has been issued for Reginald Morris - AKA Abdul Udin (57), last known address was homeless.
The suspect is approximately 5’11”, 145 lbs., black/gray hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of the suspect is urged to contact Lafayette Police (911) or Crimestoppers 232-TIPS (8477).
