LA Supreme Court Asked to Hear Lawsuit On Lafayette City-Parish Council's Ordinance To Fix Boundary Errors

Lawyers representing Louisiana's Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin and Lafayette businessman Keith Kishbaugh filed an appeal Wednesday requesting that the Louisiana Supreme Court hear their lawsuit that brought in to question an Ordinance correcting inadvertent errors in district boundary lines.  

On June 21st, the Third Circuit Court of Appeal ruled (2-1) in favor of the Lafayette City-Parish Council in that lawsuit.
